BREASTS premiered at the New Orleans Film Festival then went on to screen at Austin Film Festival and over 18 film festivals internationally, earning awards for best drama, best story, best international short film, and two awards for social impact.

 

Based on a true story, BREASTS is about a working mother who schedules breast-pumping between her work responsibilities. When a male co-worker nags her about frequent breaks and she explains she has to pump her breasts, he slaps her with a sexual harassment complaint.

STUCK IN THE MIDDLE was made with a skeleton crew during the pandemic, following the (fresh from the guilds) safety guidelines.  It premiered at the Louisiana Film Prize and went live on Vimeo where is it has gotten over 4,000 views.  As a result, is has been picked up by film festivals, winning Short of the Year and is currently shortlisted for an audience award as it starts its festival run.

 

Based on a true story, it tells the story about a mother who picks up her son from school and witnesses his racial bullying. She confronts the apathetic principal, hoping to make a change.

THE STAND was shot in two days on location in Shreveport for the Louisiana Film Prize.  It made it to the Top 5, screened at several festivals and was Oscar qualified  before landing distribution with Shorts International. It was also featured in a four page spread of American Cinematographer highlighting the beautiful work of Valentina Caniglia.
